Your new role
This HR generalist post will suit an experienced HR generalist, a talented and dedicated HR professional looking for a rewarding role and with the skills to deliver HR services which support further success. A role offering the opportunity for career progression! You can expect to grow with the role, aiming to become part of the SLT through adding value.

Your HR post will include the activities below:

1. Collaborate with the management team to develop the HR Business Strategy and objectives, aligning them with the overall strategic business plan.
2. Offer professional advice and support to Directors and Managers on employment legislation.
3. Focus on employee learning and development through appraisals, coaching, and training programs to support business goals.
4. Proactively support change management and recruitment initiatives.
