Job description

Group Human Resources Manager
Industry: Creative | Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Are you a dynamic, people-first HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment?
We are exclusively partnering with an innovative, multi-industry group to hire a Group Human Resources Manager — a truly pivotal role in shaping a vibrant, high-performance culture across their growing business.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact — leading the charge on employee engagement, people development, and HR operational excellence. If you're passionate about creating inspiring workplace cultures and have the gravitas to support business growth, this could be your next big career move.
About the Role
As the Group Human Resources Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a range of people initiatives — from talent development and performance to wellbeing and culture. Reporting into Group HR, you'll work closely with leaders and teams across both creative and operational functions, supporting business needs while championing a people-first approach.
This is not your average 9–5 role. You'll need to bring energy, flexibility, and commitment, but in return, you'll join a business that values innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
  1. Provide day-to-day HR support across offices and operations
  2. Maintain compliant and people-aligned HR policies and procedures
  3. Support the roll-out of an automated HR dashboard and drive data-informed HR decisions
  4. Advise on employee relations matters and support a positive working environment
Employee Engagement & Culture
  1. Design and implement creative engagement initiatives with the Group HR lead
  2. Champion diversity, wellbeing, and internal communications to keep teams connected and inspired
  3. Build an inclusive culture that celebrates collaboration and creativity
Learning & Development
  1. Lead performance management processes and 360 reviews
  2. Design and deliver tailored training and development plans
  3. Organise monthly "Feed Your Mind" sessions to foster learning and spark innovation
  4. Coach managers to build empowered, high-performing teams
Compensation & Benefits
  1. Conduct salary benchmarking and annual reviews
  2. Research and implement competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings
Recruitment
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support hiring managers
  2. Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience
Contracting & Onboarding
  1. Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and documentation
  2. Lead onboarding meetings to ensure new starters are set up for success from day one
About You
  1. CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
  2. Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  4. Hands-on, adaptable, and resilient — ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
  5. A champion of culture with a genuine passion for people
  6. Experience in a fast-paced, creative, or multi-industry environment a plus
  7. Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
Why Apply?
  1. A chance to join a values-led, growing company where people come first
  2. Play a key role in shaping the employee experience and business culture
  3. Hybrid working and a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
