About the role:
This is a great HR Manager role with the opportunity to lead HR initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent within a forward-thinking organisation. You'll work closely with the management team to build a cohesive work environment that fosters collaboration, encourages growth, and champions our vision of sustainability. With external legal support and mentoring provided, you'll have the tools you need to succeed in this standalone role.
Main duties and responsibilities:
About you:
You will be an experienced HR Manager with a passion for people and a commitment to building a supportive work environment. With at least two years of HR experience, ideally within the waste management or recycling sectors, you bring a robust understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build trust and rapport with team members at all levels, and you are adept at managing sensitive information with discretion. A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher) is preferred, and familiarity with People HR will be advantageous. You are proactive, organised, and ready to embrace the challenge of shaping our HR function in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
