What You'll Be Doing:

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives, ensuring their people strategy aligns with business objectives and the evolving needs of their workforce.
2. Access ongoing training programs, qualifications, and mentorship opportunities to develop their skills and open the door to future promotions.
3. Be the trusted HR advisor, providing expertise on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
4. Lead projects that impact the broader business, including restructuring and acquisitions, while promoting a positive workplace culture.
5. Take an active role in recruitment, retention, and career development, creating an environment where people can thrive.
6. Once a quarter you will be expected to travel to 2 of their offices in the south for meetings.

What They're Looking For:

1. Experience working in an HR Manager role in Accountancy or another LLP - please note this is a key requirement.
2. Direct Line Management experience.
3. A passion for learning and developing your career.
4. Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business, offering support and guidance to employees and management alike.
5. A track record of leading change, from large-scale HR projects to daily HR operations.
6. Knowledge of employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and success in all initiatives.
