L&D / HR Projects, London 3 days a week, £700-800 per day, 6 months
You'll be learning a learning, training and competence L&D programme, which has been implemented globally. This aims to upskill senior & MD level staff within the bank, by rolling out learning courses on risk, control and compliance training.
This role is working at a senior level, for someone who is a seasoned L&D consultant who has experience within financial services. You will be someone who is able to showcase the impact of new L&D programmes which you have implemented on a global scale. You will need a background in Learning and Development and have vast experience of delivering a change in learning mindsets which impacts a company's culture.
