Job description

A consulting firm specialising in employee investigations, culture, and HR consulting solutions is looking to expand its team. They are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Investigator.

The successful candidate will manage and conduct thorough investigations of complex and sensitive workforce cases. This includes designing protocols and processes, interviewing employees, analysing findings, and providing training to internal HR personnel. You will work closely with external clients to collect and perform analysis of employment-related data in support of the investigation to appeal outcomes and determine appropriate resolution.

The ideal candidate must have relevant 5+ years of experience in workplace investigation and working knowledge of employment laws. Ideally from a professional services background, stay updated on best practices, legal requirements, and investigation tools and technology. Highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
