HR Insights & Customer Success Consultant (HR Analytics, People Analytics)

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid with 2 days WFH)

I’ve partnered with a super-exciting scaleup based in Hertfordshire looking for an HR Insights & Customer Success Consultant to take responsibility for translating HR data into actionable strategies that help clients drive informed decision-making. This role involves data analysis, client consulting/onboarding, and delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Analyze survey data, identify key themes, and present insights to senior leaders.
  2. Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
  3. Guide leadership teams in understanding engagement trends and industry benchmarks.
  4. Support clients in survey design and engagement strategy development.
  5. Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to help managers act on insights.
  6. Create content on my client’s business trends and best practices.
  7. Represent the business at events, webinars, and conferences.
  8. Contribute to strategic discussions on engagement roadmaps.
  9. Onboard and train new customers.
  10. Manage client relationships.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years in an Insight/Research role dealing with HR/Employee data.
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
