Our client is a leading Technology multinational with fast and robust growth plans in Europe & Middle East is looking to hire their Regional HR Head for the Europe and other expansion markets based in the UK, London.
You'll be a part of the organization leadership team working closely with business leaders in defining and driving the business objectives and vision by setting up a robust HR ecosystem. You'll play a pivotal role in the organization, overseeing all aspects of HR to ensure the effective management of the company's most valuable asset – its employees. You'll be responsible for cascading and implementing the global HR strategies, policies, values and processes to the region in line with local HR laws and regulations to foster a positive work environment and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR agenda, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Be the robust HR business partner to the Leadership team in the Europe region.
- Be the growth partner for the organization and drive the HR function in line with the 5 years' growth and vision of the company.
- Localize and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead organizational development and change management efforts.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Manage HR budget, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Represent the company in HR-related matters and industry events.
Required Qualifications:- Post-Graduate in Management with specialization in Human Resources / Organization Behavior.
- Minimum overall experience of 15 years in Human Resources of which at least last 5-8 years in the IT/Technology industry is a MUST.
- Strong experience of working in EU and is aware of EU Employment laws.
- Strong experience in managing workforce of multi-continent/countries employees’ workforce.
- Currently part of the HR Leadership team working closely with the Business Leaders.
- Should be comfortable to travel as and when required.
- Must have strong implementing organization-wide interventions related to the following areas - Change Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Career Development, Organization Culture, Cross-country cultural integration, Talent Acquisition & Organization Design.
