Andron Facilities Management is one of the UK's leading family-owned facilities management companies.
Our story began back in 1980 in Aberdeen as a father-son duo with a single carpet-cleaning machine and a vision of doing things differently. Today, we are a multi-generational company delivering cleaning, security, and support services for nearly 1,000 customer sites across the UK. Despite our growth, the hard work and family values our co-founders instilled continue to influence every part of our business, underpinned by our team of over 2,500 people nationally who work together to deliver the best possible service for our customers.
Andron is a purpose-driven organisation, and we continue to invest in our people, communities, and planet to ensure we remain a great place to work for our colleagues while leading the way in sustainability.
