Job Description - HR Data Processing Advisor (15852)

Location: Luton

TEAM

The HR Service Centre is responsible for supporting easyJet employees with HR and Pay related queries, including managing employee contracts and letters, and inputting employee data into the HR System (Workday) throughout the employee lifecycle. We are seeking an HR Data Processing Advisor to report to the HRSC Data & Admin Team Manager, with a focus on ensuring accurate data and payroll processing for our Crew and M&A teams and driving improvements in this area.

What you'll be doing

As an HR Data Processing Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing M&A, Crew, and Pilot data into Workday for UK and Europe.
  2. Providing HR transactional and support services.
  3. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness against HR Service Centre Performance Metrics.
  4. Working on technology improvement projects to maximise data integrity and pay accuracy.
  5. Keeping collateral for HR Service Centre Workday processes up to date.
  6. Resolving issues and queries within the HRSC to reduce PTT involvement.
  7. Developing Workday skills and knowledge to become a Super-User.
  8. Providing user acceptance sign off for appropriate Workday upgrades and changes.
  9. Carrying out robust processes and checks within the HR Data processing team to maximise pay accuracy.
  10. Conducting data investigation and cleanse activities.
  11. Testing EIB loads in Sandbox and delivering in Production.
  12. Delivering payroll accuracy and ensuring adherence to Collective Labour Agreements and Pay deals.
  13. Ensuring data processing compliance with the data protection act and/or GDPR.
  14. Raising Change Requests where required by determining Workday defects or improvements.

Requirements of the Role

What you'll bring to the team

The ideal candidate will bring with them a strong expertise in Workday. You will have experience working with high volumes and complex data processing on HR work and time systems. You will also possess the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels to ensure the delivery of the correct output for customers. You should be confident in both verbal and written interactions, able to effectively communicate with customer groups and stakeholders. The ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving to reach the most appropriate solutions and outcomes is essential. Exhibiting high levels of attention to detail, you should be organised and self-sufficient. Competence in documenting processes and procedures to ensure proper ways of working are followed and to drive continuous improvement is also required. Finally, you will proactively identify process improvements to enhance simplicity.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
