The HR Service Centre is responsible for supporting easyJet employees with HR and Pay related queries, including managing employee contracts and letters, and inputting employee data into the HR System (Workday) throughout the employee lifecycle. We are seeking an HR Data Processing Advisor to report to the HRSC Data & Admin Team Manager, with a focus on ensuring accurate data and payroll processing for our Crew and M&A teams and driving improvements in this area.

What you'll bring to the team
The ideal candidate will bring with them a strong expertise in Workday. You will have experience working with high volumes and complex data processing on HR work and time systems. You will also possess the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels to ensure the delivery of the correct output for customers. You should be confident in both verbal and written interactions, able to effectively communicate with customer groups and stakeholders. The ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving to reach the most appropriate solutions and outcomes is essential. Exhibiting high levels of attention to detail, you should be organised and self-sufficient. Competence in documenting processes and procedures to ensure proper ways of working are followed and to drive continuous improvement is also required. Finally, you will proactively identify process improvements to enhance simplicity.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
