They are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join their dynamic data team in their London Office.

Role Responsibilities

1. Prepare dashboard data for the HR Team/ Business partners
2. Provision of accurate management information
3. Provide reporting and assist with data accuracy checks for transition to new system
4. Support the maintenance of accurate employee data
5. Assist with data for the annual compensation review process
6. Regularly check, cleanse and audit employee data

Role Requirements

1. Must have experience with Excel and HR databases
2. Exposure to working with HR and finance related software and systems
3. Be able to manipulate large files of data on Excel
4. Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
5. Professional services industry and/or multi-site background
