HR Data Analyst

Your new role

The HR Data Analyst will support the delivery and development of our clients' HR Analytics strategy to provide insight which actively supports our Business & HR priorities. Operating as a subject-matter expert, the analyst will support their HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver HR Analytic initiatives which help inform and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Areas of Focus:

1. HR Reporting: Working in partnership with the Systems team to ensure the data integrity is high and Power BI dashboards and Business Objects reports accurately reflect the business.
2. HR Analytics: Developing and providing insight which supports the business and focuses on becoming more digitally enabled.
3. Value-added Automation: Working with the wider function to identify, develop and deliver automation to drive improved employee experience, efficiency, and accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI.
• Previous experience working with HR Analytics tools (Business Objects preferable).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience of analysing large amounts of complex data.
• Ability to prioritise work, meet critical deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities.
• High attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience of working within a team or project environment.
• Experience with Power Automate and SQL is beneficial.
