Profiles Creative is on the hunt for a People & Culture Manager to join a dynamic creative agency! This is an exciting opportunity to work for an organisation that provides creative experiences in various sectors. Reporting to the Operations Director, this standalone role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a people-first environment. You'll oversee all things HR, from recruitment and performance management to wellbeing initiatives and culture-driven strategies.

This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Studio Manager, to help understand how a design agency functions and is structured.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Providing expert HR support and guidance to leadership and managers.
  2. Leading recruitment—screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
  3. Managing HR admin, payroll updates, and employee documentation.
  4. Driving a positive workplace culture with wellness initiatives and team events.
  5. Leading on performance management, training, and staff development.
  6. Communicating key people updates, policies, and benefits to the global team.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. 3+ years’ HR experience (At least CIPD Level 3)
  2. A background in recruiting design roles, ideally within an agency environment
  3. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and coaching skills.
