About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. About the HR Coordinator Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functions. This role will be responsible for administrative tasks across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance, contributing to an efficient and engaged workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain and update employee record.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documents, including contracts, letters, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Process HR-related invoices and reimbursement documentation.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 year of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Applicants residing in or near Oxford area who have the legal right to work in the UK would be ideal candidates. Please note that this role requires onsite work, with no remote working options available.
• Fluent in English and Chinese is a plus.
