HR Coordinator:
Reporting to HRBP
Works with the HR Team on Projects
Improve processes using initiative and pro-activeness, ensuring a streamlined and automated approach, creating workflows and mapping processes
Processing global payroll and benefits administration
Responsible for all administrative tasks; onboarding paperwork, offer letters, contracts, pre-employment screening, right to work, employee inductions, amendment to terms and conditions, absence management, family friendly matters - maternity and paternity leave, joiners, movers, leavers
Responsible for administering employee changes, ensuring the HRIS system and personnel files are up to date and accurate
Communicate any changes to the required parties e.g. finance teams and benefits providers
Managing the HR Inbox and responding to general HR and payroll queries
HR Coordinator:
Must have the ability and drive to improve processes
Must have previously worked in a HR role
Be analytical and data driven
Knowledge of payroll processing and legislative requirements
Previously provided general HR Administration services via a complex HRIS
Knowledge of employment law and legislation
CIPD desirable
