Your new company
An international law firm with 500 employees in London, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join the HR team of 5. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:

  1. Owning the onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment checks, drafting offer letters, issuing contracts, and leading the induction of new starters.
  2. Being the first point of contact for employees across the business.
  3. Managing the HRIS system including inputting employee changes, running the annual leave process, and running regular reports.
  4. Supporting employee relations cases, sitting in on disciplinary meetings, and note-taking for grievances.
  5. Owning relevant HR projects including employee wellbeing and supporting the wider team with European initiatives.
  6. Supporting the TA team with recruitment, organizing interviews, and liaising with recruitment partners.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. Experience as an HR Assistant or Coordinator, ideally within the legal sector.
  2. Understanding of an HRIS and experience managing a system is preferred.
  3. Experience managing employee wellbeing.
