Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £45,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

1. Work to oversee generalist HR operations.
2. Provide first-hand support to Managers' queries including policies and procedures.
3. Assist throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
4. Recruitment oversight including arranging interviews, managing candidates, liaison with recruitment, and collating references.
5. Administering company benefits.
6. Maintaining the HR platform.
7. Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects in line with HR objectives.

What is the company looking for?

1. Minimum 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role.
2. Experience within a professional services organisation.
3. Muck in attitude and an ability to act with little supervision.
4. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and an ability to act with discretion.
5. Confident user of technology and systems including Microsoft and HRIS systems.
