Job Description

  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that foster a constructive workplace culture.
  • Prepare reports on culture and performance initiatives for senior management.
  • Coordinate and manage learning programmes and HR systems.
  • Support in-person training logistics and requirements.
  • Foster creativity and innovation within the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Align with the organisation's values of Partnership, Respect, and Pride
  • Provide coaching and support to staff to improve performance.


The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should possess:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector.
  • A solid grasp of performance management processes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
