Working in a dedicated HR team of 13, this integral role will involve providing high-quality administrative support to the team, including involvement in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment onwards.
We're looking for someone who has a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring that best practices are implemented at all times. This role will involve travel across other offices when required.
As a HR Coordinator, you will have ownership of the following tasks:
- Maintaining the internal HR inbox
- Ensuring employee data is maintained according to regulatory requirements
- Generating HR correspondence when required
- Coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process
- Providing administrative support for annual processes such as appraisals and pay reviews
- Identifying challenges and improvement opportunities
- Supporting the delivery of the people strategy through occasional project work and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, this business values passion and potential.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A degree and/or equivalent CIPD qualification
- Previous experience in an HR department or other office support role
Along with:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build, develop, and manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a busy workload
