Team
The HR Service Centre serves as our primary support hub for employees, handling HR and Pay related inquiries for all easyJet staff. This team ensures the prompt and accurate delivery of employee contracts, letters, and data input into our HR System (Workday), along with other administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
We're seeking an HR Contracts Advisor who will report to the Admin & Contracts team lead. This role will concentrate on generating and distributing contracts for employees throughout the network. The Advisor will be tasked with thorough quality checks to enhance accuracy in contracts and letters, while also supporting the team leader in implementing improvements in this domain.
What you'll be doing
As the HR Contracts Advisor, you will oversee the accurate and timely creation and distribution of contracts and letters for the UK and Europe, while providing HR transactional and support services to business customers and stakeholders in line with People Services Performance Metrics. Your role also involves implementing robust checking and governance on all contracts and letters, ensuring collateral for HR Service Centre contract generation remains up to date. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge transfer and upskilling for Service Centre Advisors to optimise issue resolution at the First Point of Contact (FPOC) and reduce Centre of Excellence (CoE) involvement. Collaborating on contract production improvement projects, managing contract template governance activity, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations are integral parts of your responsibilities. You will also take ownership of both business as usual (BAU) activities and project delivery.
What you'll bring to the team
We're looking for a candidate with extensive high volume administration experience and proficiency in Workday. You should exude confidence and credibility as the face of HR to various stakeholders and team members. Experience in conflict resolution, coupled with a customer-focused approach, is essential. Your ability to tactfully challenge and build self-service capabilities is crucial. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, along with proficiency in IT tools like Office, SharePoint, and Right Now, are necessary. You should possess a keen attention to detail and be adept at working accurately under pressure while maintaining high customer service standards. Your process-oriented mindset, combined with a robust understanding of HR processes and policies, will be invaluable. Additionally, your expertise in HR Shared Services and ability to gather, compile, and analyse data to prepare reports will greatly contribute to the team's success.
