With HR associates based across offices in Europe and Asia supporting the growth of our business operations, the Senior Vice President (SVP) HR for Europe & Asia, based in London, is hiring a chief of staff role.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) HR for Europe & Asia, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for ensuring execution of HR Strategy across the regions and ITG. You will support the SVP and Leadership team in handling day-to-day responsibilities while supporting key initiatives and projects to drive the business growth for EACG.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- PROJECT EXECUTION | Oversee and manage the execution of projects for Europe & Asia HR from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and internal policies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights. Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- PRIORITIZATION & ADMINISTRATION | Supervise and work closely with the SVP Assistant to prioritize the right engagement and meetings for the SVP and ensure proper preparation for all internal and external engagement opportunities.
- OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP | Partner with other team members to manage the office space, manage relationships with outside vendors when needed (e.g., legal support), maintain key documentation and policies and generally support an effective organization.
- STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS | Support the SVP in strategic communications including developing white papers, preparing presentations and meeting packs, and driving internal communications for HR in the regions. Participate in and/or lead high-stakes meetings, ensure proper follow-up and effectively manage relationships.
- SPECIAL PROJECTS | Own strategic projects of high importance to the SVP and the management team, such as high-profile strategic people priorities, Board meetings, and other priorities as they arrive. Serve as the ultimate utility player for leadership and be a true force multiplier.
- THOUGHT PARTNERSHIP | Establish trusted relationships across the organization in order to connect dots, identify challenges and opportunities, and support the SVP and your teammates in accomplishing their goals. Share knowledge and expertise when complex problems or challenges arise and collaborate across functions to address large, complex and often ambiguous organizational challenges.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services, management consulting, professional services and/or other fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- Ability to draw best practices from a variety of professional contexts
- Experience with HR/People leadership and projects including change management initiatives
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
