About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled HR Consultant to join our HR team in London, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner & Head of Employee Experience in the UK. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can collaborate effectively with colleagues, employees, and leaders.
You will collaborate with employees and managers to promote initiatives that enhance employee well-being and foster a positive, inclusive workplace. You will coordinate social activities and initiatives in partnership with the social committee. You have experience delivering HR business support in a fast-paced environment, be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, and experienced managing data in HR systems. You will support employee resource groups and networks in delivering initiatives and collaborate in creating meaningful employee journeys, celebrating key moments such as service anniversaries, parental leave re-onboarding, promotions, offboarding, and more.

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administration team. You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, along with strong reporting and analytics skills. Flexibility, quick learning ability, and confidence in suggesting improvements to enhance the employee experience are key. This is a part-time job.
As Banking Circle is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English.
