Job description

A leading training provider is seeking an experienced HR professional to join them as part of a high performing HR team. This is a client that FIND has worked with for a long time and is proud to represent.

To reflect the growth they are experiencing at the moment, this new role will work closely with the HR Manager and will co-ordinate all areas of the HR Function. This is an outstanding role to develop an HR career further.

This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday - salary for this position is up to £27,000.

Please note hybrid working and sponsorship is NOT available for this role.

Duties include:

  1. Own the whole recruitment process
  2. Carry out all pre-employment checks relating to education onboarding
  3. Create and manage all HR paperwork - e.g. contracts
  4. Oversee the probation and appraisal process with department heads
  5. HRIS record keeping
  6. Manage holiday and sickness records
  7. Support all ER procedures
  8. Deliver initial ER guidance for colleagues

The ideal candidate for this role:

  1. Has a minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  2. Possesses strong UK HR Law experience including ER
  3. Is an excellent communicator with great attention to detail
  4. Is CIPD Level 3 qualified or has relevant experience
