HR Co-Ordinator
Location: Devonport (hybrid 3 days in site)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Salary: £13.00 per day (Umbrella)
Clearance: BPSS
This role will ensure the People Centre continually strives to deliver high-quality standards and meet the agreed timescales with the business. The position requires someone who is customer-focused, providing first-line interaction with all Recruiting Managers while facilitating the onboarding of new candidates.
With a collaborative approach to working with the wider People Centre Team and our internal and external stakeholders, you will be expected to demonstrate strong HR administrative skills while delivering a professional and efficient service, placing the customer at the heart of our operations and ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for stakeholders.
Specific activities include:
- Providing support and assisting with cases generated on the case management system (PeopleAssist), taking ownership of cases while adhering to service level agreements.
- Facilitating the administration of employment contracts and onboarding of new candidates.
- Engaging with hiring managers and candidates to provide regular updates on the onboarding process.
- Ensuring HR data is recorded accurately on HR systems and aligns with payroll deadlines.
- Working independently and collaboratively with the wider People Centre team.
- Managing workload effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring clear communication with customers and team members to manage expectations.

Education and Qualifications:
- Standard Grades including English and Mathematics.
- CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential).
