An established industry player is seeking an HR Change Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract in London. This role involves supporting directors through significant organizational changes and managing complex employee relations within a large, unionized environment. Your new company
You will be working for one of the leading, and largest, specialist universities in London, on an 18-month FTC as an HR Change Manager. The role will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are on 1-2 weeks' notice.
Duration: 18 months
Salary: £51,000 - £60,000 per annum (£62-66k for an exceptional candidate)
Annual leave: 30 days, plus 8 bank holidays and 4 days over Christmas
Hours: 35 hours per week
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Your new role
The role will report to the Head of HR Transformation, within an organisation of 1,500, and sit within the HR Change team, consisting of 5 HR Change Managers, and 2 HR Change Officers. The wider HR team is 60+ in size.
