Partnering closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of ensuring these critical processes are handled seamlessly, aligning with both legal requirements and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing organisational change, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy consultations. Your deep knowledge of UK employment law is matched by your exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to juggle competing priorities. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
