An entrepreneurial business is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their expanding team in Crawley. This newly created role is pivotal in integrating a newly acquired area into the wider business matrix. A fast-paced, entrepreneurial business that is rapidly expanding is looking for an HRBP to join the team. This is a newly created role that will be an integral part of the wider people function.
This role will support a newly acquired area of the business, so you'll be working directly with the founder on integrating them into the wider matrix. It will be a full generalist role, but the main bulk of your day-to-day will be built around relationship building with stakeholders and managing current projects, as well as contributing to the UK team's initiatives.
Their environment is evolving, so the ideal candidate will always be thinking outside of the box to anticipate the needs of their stakeholders and the ripple effect that has across the business. There is a lot of autonomy in this role, so you will be confident and credible, with strong emotional intelligence and experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including C-Suite.
The new office is based in Crawley, so it would be ideal for somebody local who also doesn't mind the occasional visit to their London offices. WP is 3 days in.
