What is the role
You will be a Trusted Advisor working very closely with your client group to provide expert advice and add true value to the organisation. You will be partnering with key stakeholders including Partners and leadership teams, helping to build organisation and people capabilities. You will be shaping and implementing effective people strategies in line with the People agenda and Employee Value Proposition, and helping to implement an HR agenda that is fully aligned to the organisation's strategic goals and long term business plan. You will be responsible for the employee lifecycle including responsibility for escalated ER cases, employee engagement, performance improvement, Talent Development and HR policies. You will be analysing data and identifying trends and recommending solutions, contributing to workforce planning and supporting organisational change initiatives. You will really be able to use your commercial acumen to add tangible value in this role!
