An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave. This role involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, managing ER cases, and advising on employment law. Our internal HR team of 14 people are a key division of our professional support team. We support the firm throughout the entire employee life cycle including talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent development, retention and off-boarding.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team on a maternity cover contract to support with the full employee generalist lifecycle, providing support to a variety of teams across the firm, as well as management responsibilities. The role will also require leading on ER cases, conducting meetings and investigations on complex cases as well as advising managers on how to manage low risk ER issues.
