Duties will include:

  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload including restructures, redundancies, and union engagement
  • Providing HR support on TUPE processes, including due diligence, consultation, and post-transfer support
  • Supporting the implementation of key HR projects including an upcoming HRIS roll-out and job family frameworks

About the Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced HR generalist with a strong background in employee relations, TUPE, and ideally union consultation. CIPD Level 5 is essential, although Level 7 or equivalent experience is highly desirable. Previous experience in an educational setting and navigating complex HR challenges is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work autonomously are key.

What You Will Receive in Return

In return, you’ll receive a salary of up to £49,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including a paid one-hour lunch (with lunch provided during term time), free parking, subsidised access to a sports complex and golf course, and a health cash plan.
