Responsibilities
  • Providing HRBP support including case work and recruitment.
  • Ensure resources used efficiently to support recruitment, including assessment days.
  • Support management with employee relations cases.
  • Significant experience of implementing and managing recruitment campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in HR Business Partner roles in the education sector, including casework and recruitment.
  • Well versed in supporting management with employee relations cases.
  • Significant experience of implementing and managing recruitment campaigns.
  • CIPD level 5 preferred.
