This role supports the Group Functions HR Director & Head of HR and works closely with the HR team across the UK geography. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders and their teams to provide strategic HR support that helps drive organisational performance and employee engagement, identifying business goals and priorities and delivering the people plans required for enabling these priorities. The role is also responsible for the end-to-end HR service for its business area.
