A fantastic opportunity to join a Global brand based in central Bristol as HR Business Partner. This is a 12 month FTC with an immediate start.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership team to help shape their wider business plan supported by an aligned People Plan. You will take the lead role in people related project work streams, co-ordinating resources as required, liaising with support functions and stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of project objectives.
You will play a key role in developing and delivering the HR plan to maximise the organisation's capability and resource. Working closely with senior leadership and Group/Central Functions, you will be responsible for:
Ideally, your experience will have been gained within a similar industry sector and working environment - manufacturing, supply chain, food production, logistics - as an HR Business Partner or as a Senior HR Advisor looking to make their first step up into a Business Partner position. Alongside your HR generalist experience, you will be able to build and manage relationships at a senior level, possess good business/financial acumen, and have great communication skills.
You will need to access central Bristol 2 days/week and be available to start immediately.
