Job description

HR Business Partner – Corporate Services

Hayes, West London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Full-time, Permanent

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Summary

Tide Partnership are proud to be working with a well-established national health and social care provider to recruit an HR Business Partner to support their corporate services teams – including Finance, Marketing, Maintenance and other central functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience in employee relations (ER) who enjoys getting under the skin of complex people matters and wants to own ER casework within a busy, operationally focused part of the business. The role also offers exposure to wider HR projects and initiatives, but ER is at the heart of this position – and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that space.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you’ll lead on all employee relations matters across the organisation’s corporate services division. You won’t be overwhelmed with volume, but you will be the expert – so confidence and credibility in managing ER cases is essential.

Alongside ER, you’ll support people-focused projects, policy development, and provide occasional support with sponsorship and training compliance. This is a great step for someone with strong ER advisory experience who’s looking to broaden their remit without losing the ER focus they enjoy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all ER casework within corporate services (disciplinary, grievance, absence etc).
  • Act as the go-to ER expert, advising line managers with clarity and confidence.
  • Contribute to broader people projects such as policy review, benefits development, and internal engagement.
  • Support compliance with staff training, particularly for maintenance teams.
  • Provide cover for the sponsorship lead where required (training provided if needed).
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across operational and central support teams.
  • Promote consistency, fairness and process while flexing to real-world situations.
Benefits Include
  • Competitive salary and hybrid working (3 days in Uxbridge, 2 days from home)
  • A visible and valued role where you’ll own your space
  • A chance to work on both operational ER and strategic people initiatives
  • Supportive and collaborative organisational culture
Essential Criteria
  • Strong experience in employee relations casework (ER Advisor or HRBP level).
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR procedures.
  • Comfortable working with operational and support teams in high-volume or low-paid workforces.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Genuine enjoyment of ER work and a desire to lead in this space.
  • Awareness of visa sponsorship and right-to-work processes.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in healthcare, social care or another regulated sector.
  • Exposure to maintenance, facilities or estates teams.
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
