An established industry player in leisure and hospitality is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role requires you to travel to various regional sites three days a week while working from home for the remaining two. You will provide essential HR support, manage employee relations, and coach line managers, making a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent and experience in managing employee relations casework. This is a regional (hybrid) role and you'll be expected to travel across regional sites 3 days a week, working from home 2.
We're keen to speak with experienced HR Advisors or junior HR Business Partners that are keen to gain exposure in a fast-paced environment and generalist remit. You'll ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and have experience of managing ER casework and a varied remit.
