We're seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
2. Provide guidance on performance and employee relations.
3. Lead recruitment, retention, and diversity initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
5. Lead related projects.

Qualifications:

1. CIPD Level 5 and above.
2. Extensive HR experience, preferably in strategic HR management.
3. Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
