We are seeking a part-time permanent HR Business Partner to join our team.
You will provide customer-focused, pragmatic HR advice and support to directorate managers on:
Ideally, you will have experience of working within HR in a large and complex organisation.
Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office is required, and an understanding of the council’s HR procedures would be advantageous.
You will need to be able to work both as part of a team and independently, have excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines, and be flexible and resilient in your approach to work.
