HR Business Partner

I'm working with a leading global organisation in Cornwall to recruit a HR Business Partner. Candidates will ideally have solid Business Partnering experience within a large, fast paced, multi-site organisation. You will partner with stakeholders at sites across the UK, working on a wide range of activities such as change management, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations.

Description

As the HR Business Partner, you will provide a range of proactive commercially focused HR services for a selection of business sites across the UK. You will partner with stakeholders at sites, working on a wide range of activities such as change management, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be the first point of contact for Managers on a range of HR issues in the agreed areas to ensure consistency of approach.
2. Support Managers with the effective handling of their day-to-day HR issues such as absence management, discipline & grievance, recruitment, succession planning, people development, understanding of training needs, supporting development plans.
3. Support the business during change programmes, maintaining positive employee relations and successful implementation of change.
4. Lead on policies for the UK.

Profile

The right HR Business Partner will ideally be:

1. CIPD Level 5
2. Experience working within a complex, matrix organisation
3. HR Business Partner with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levels
4. Knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable employment laws and regulations
5. Experience of working with Unions is desirable

Job Offer

£45k + Benefits

Main office is based near St. Austell. Hybrid working, with 3 days a week travelling to different locations in the UK depending on business needs, so candidates must be willing and able to travel.
