HR Business Partner
Location: Slough
Salary: £45,000-£50,000

About the Client:
Operating within the Catering industry, this large, multi-site organisation supports global airline brands.

About the Job:
Working closely with senior HR and QHSE leaders, this role is pivotal in delivering a proactive, high-quality HR service across UK operations. You’ll act as the go-to person for HR, taking ownership of business-aligned initiatives and driving compliance and engagement across multiple locations.

Duties will include:

  • Building trusted relationships as the primary HR contact in a busy, operational environment
  • Partnering with managers to guide on employee relations, performance, and staffing matters
  • Managing complex HR issues including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
  • Supporting change management initiatives such as TUPE, restructures, and redundancies
  • Ensuring HR policies remain compliant with current employment legislation
  • Overseeing compliance with employment, CAA, and security regulations
  • Providing site-level HR support, ensuring presence and consistency across locations
  • Driving business performance through strategic HR contributions

About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (Level 5 preferred) with significant experience in a senior HR role. They will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, a solution-focused approach, and a deep understanding of employment law. Confidence in influencing senior leaders, managing change, and handling sensitive matters is essential.
