HR Business Partner

Hybrid - 2 days work from home, 3 days onsite and travelling to sites Nationally
Are you a commercially focused HR BP with experience working in unionised blue collar environments? Do you have experience managing complex TUPE processes both in and out?
I am working with a large, complex, unionised business to support them in sourcing a brand new HR Business Partner into their growing HR function. This organisation has c2000-3000 employees and operates an HR centre of excellence. They are a highly commercial organisation, introducing a true Business Partnering model.
This role will be a mixture of hands-on operational HR support and strategic people planning. You will be working with the COO and your senior stakeholders to deliver localised people plans considering workforce planning and talent management to feed into their wider commercial plan and drive buy-in and engagement with broader HR initiatives. Whilst there is a centralised ER team, you will lend a hand on anything particularly complex or high risk across your business areas. TUPE is also a key focus of this role as it’s a constant recurrence and requires someone who is able to run complex TUPE processes in their sleep.
