We're Hiring: HR Business Partner | Tech/FMCG | Hybrid | Travel Required

Salary: c£50,000 plus benefits

Are you a proactive HR professional with strong ER experience and a passion for driving change and continuous improvement? We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join this dynamic organisation!

About the Role:

In this key role, you'll:

1. Provide expert support on HR casework (disciplinary, grievance, etc.)
2. Guide and coach managers on HR policies and best practices
3. Play an active role in interviews, inductions, and exit processes
4. Contribute to policy and process development
5. Support and lead on change initiatives
6. Deliver a great experience to our people through excellent HR service

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong background in Tech or FMCG environments
2. Solid ER/HR advisory experience
3. Change management awareness
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Customer-focused, proactive, and highly organised
6. A team player with a self-starter attitude
7. CIPD qualified or working towards
