Are you open to 6 month fixed term contract positions where you can add a huge amount of value over a short period of time?

I am currently supporting a fast paced, highly ambitious retail organisation to source a HR Business Partner to cover their Head Office and Warehousing functions across their Mansfield based office. This role is on-site full time and is a full time position.

The organisation are about to enter a period of large scale organisational change and need an established HR Business Partner to support through these projects. This role will act as an internal HR consultant, supporting on projects and BAU HR Business Partner activity where needed. This role requires an expert in change management and someone who is highly resilient and capable of navigating ambiguity. Whilst change will be a big part of the role, you will also be picking up BAU operational activity, so I need someone who is happy to be flexible on what they are delivering across the contract.

So, what’s the role?

• Acting as an additional HR Business Partner support across their Head Office and Warehousing functions for a 6 month FTC
• Delivering large scale, complex, organisational change projects
• Supporting the BAU HR Business Partner activity
• Working with senior and executive stakeholders to deliver projects and manage the day to day
• Working with a centre of excellence to deliver change processes and support on day to day HR Business Partner activity
• On-site full time
• 40 hours per week
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
