HR Business Partner

Manchester, M2 - Hybrid working

  • Full time, Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
  • Permanent position (40 hours per week)
  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

The Role

As our HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the HR function, ensuring best practices, and driving employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and administration of HR programs, ensuring they align with company standards.
  • Manage and develop the HR team, fostering professional growth and best practices.
  • Continuously review HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure they remain innovative and compliant.
  • Set and drive HR department goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic HR insights to the leadership team to support business growth.
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Generate reports and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Actively contribute to company-wide meetings, seminars, and training programs.

  • Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Bonus Scheme: OTE up to £15,000 (equivalent to 3 months' salary)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within the healthcare or social care sector (desirable but not essential).
