Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Grade: SSC - £51,500 - £57,850 per annum + up to 12% annual bonus
Location: Denmark Hill, London, UK

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the Head of HR and Director of Business Services in developing and delivering their HR strategies aligned with their business goals. You will provide high-quality advice and support to line managers and staff on complex HR issues, continuously improving their HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line advice and support on HR policies and employee relations.
  • Manage employee relations case work and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Deliver monthly HR KPI reports and support directorates in improving performance.
  • Lead on workforce change, including TUPE transfers and organisational development initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs in line with their strategy.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
  • Support the recruitment process and work closely with the Recruitment and Onboarding Partner.

About You:

  • Degree and/or HR-related qualification (desirable).
  • Experience in HR advisory roles, including employee relations and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and good practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
