Group HR stands at the core of transformation at Vodafone, leading the cultural change on our most valued asset: our people. We ensure all the 90k employees across the world have the best employee experience by thriving on their careers, boosting their expertise and having the most advanced digital & Gen AI powered tools at their service. The focus will be to support the transformation of Group HR by driving the Talent, Culture and Organizational agenda with the relevant leaders of HR.
Role purpose:
The role will be responsible for leading the people & transformation agenda within Group HR, with a key focus on organisational and team effectiveness (which are increasingly key as we move into digital and more agile ways of working), talent management and building future skills and leadership capabilities to ensure our people are fit for the future.
As a co-pilot to the business functions being supported, the HRBP role is required to guide leaders with coaching and feedback to support their personal effectiveness and the broader growth and development of the team. You will also be required to work with other HRBP’s across different organisations and countries to drive cross-functional global projects.
