Role Summary

Role Title: HR Business Partner/Manager with a global remit
Reports to: Global Talent & Development Director
Location: Hybrid – London, Maidenhead & homeworking
Additional details: Full time, permanent position (will consider different working patterns)

The role

This role will be pivotal in delivering first-class support to the Logicalis global group teams, working across a wide variety of internal customers to help shape and develop the different teams and departments to ensure our employees thrive and deliver a fantastic contribution to the wider Logicalis operation.

We are a small but mighty team with solid authentic teamwork at the heart of everything we do. We work hard and set high expectations to continuously improve our offering to the group and country teams. As well as partnering with the global group teams, this role will also support and lead on key HR projects planned for deployment across the different countries, helping the local HR teams deliver on their local strategy through the tools and support available from the group team.

The role offers enormous scope to grow professionally through the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and deliverables, such as enhancing the world of work for our employees through embedding our EVP vision, building strong succession and bench strength in the group functional teams, and supporting the effective deployment of the WTW career framework to name just a few. All projects are focused on bringing value to our employees, teams, and the wider organisation.

Core Accountabilities

  • Offering professional and effective HRBP support to the following global teams: Marketing, Legal, Finance, Paratira, and HR.
  • Collaborating with each global team to develop relevant and meaningful performance review processes.
  • Introducing effective Talent and Succession processes and frameworks across the teams.
  • Working with the Reward and Systems Director to optimise Workday.
  • Introducing development solutions to meet the skills and capability requirements across the teams.
  • Working closely with the group HR team to align on key projects and deliverables.
  • Help shape the employee experience for the global group teams.
  • Embed and promote the global EVP, ensuring it is alive and accessible for all employees. Leading on the WTW career pathway and framework, working alongside the country and regional HR leads to scope, design, communicate and embed the framework.
  • Role Modelling how the career framework adds value to the business and employee experience.
  • Working closely with the T&D & Rewards and Systems Directors to shape Peakon to drive engagement across the countries and strengthen the quality of the data.
  • Ability to review data and make informed decisions to drive action and continuously improve the employee experience.

You will have the following qualifications, knowledge, and experience:
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Experience of working across a wide range of teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrable success in building good relationships and partnerships across a variety of teams and locations.
  • Experience of working in a global organisation.
  • Strong experience and interest in the Talent & engagement agenda.
  • Experience of operating with a degree of autonomy.
  • Good experience of Workday or other HR systems.
  • Experience of Peakon or other Engagement (EOS) systems.
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson Career Framework.
