They are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert HR advice and coach Managers and Heads of Department to drive our client’s goals and address people-related matters.
Fostering strong relationships with your partnered areas, you will tailor support to their needs while engaging leaders of the business to manage formal and informal employee relations cases to successful outcomes.
Leading on recruitment strategies, you will ensure effective advertising, branding and system utilisation, as well as overseeing significant changes such as restructures and TUPE transfers.
Coaching and mentoring on employee relations, policy updates and manager training, you will ensure all practices adhere to legal standards and best practices.
