Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Lead on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
  • Lead and deliver on HR projects
  • HR policies, procedures, handbooks
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislation

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management - desirable
  • Managed complex ER casework
  • Led on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
