We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our People Team, supporting our London business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our People Strategy, partnering closely with leaders and teams to create a world-class experience for all colleagues.

The role

In this role, you will work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from talent and performance to change management and cultural transformation. You’ll bring a modern, commercial approach to HR, helping us embed our values, drive innovation and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

This role can be full-time or part-time, with flexible working options available. As we support teams and sites across London, you’ll also need to be comfortable working both in the office and on location.

Experience Required

Experienced across the full HR/People generalist remit.
Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Skilled communicators, able to influence at all levels.
Passionate about developing others and celebrating success.
Analytical, with the ability to use data to inform strategy.
Experienced in supporting cultural change and transformation.
Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified (or working towards it).
