An NHS Organisation in the South East of England is looking to recruit an interim HRBP.

The post-holder will provide professional and customer-focused HR leadership, advice, and support to Divisional leads and managers to help improve and support staff engagement, address workforce issues, enhance patient care and efficiencies, and achieve divisional and people objectives.

Salary: Band 8a - £258 Umbrella
Location: South-East of England, 1-2 days per week on site average
Duration: 3 months

Key Duties:

  • Develop constructive partnerships with the assigned Divisional managers, ensuring that they are supported, coached, and developed.
  • Communicate effectively and sensitively in highly emotional circumstances (e.g., change and restructuring exercises; TUPE transfers; panel member for disciplinaries, grievances; supporting managers with related staff grievances, promoting flexible working/supporting appeals).
  • Lead within the divisional team on the implementation of the Trust’s workforce strategies, programmes, and plans, and on the achievement of workforce KPIs, plans, corporate projects, and associated HR policies and programmes across the Divisions.
  • Collate the assigned Divisional(s) responses to Staff Surveys, changes in policy, and change policies reflecting employment law, providing interpretation and implications on current working practices; give authoritative advice on specific people and change aspects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HRBP experience within the NHS.
